I work differently than most agents in a few ways that matter. Real estate was not a career I stumbled into. I came from bookkeeping, office management, and sales, building skills I did not fully understand the purpose of until the moment it clicked: I could help people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives, especially the ones who thought the door was not open for them. First-time buyers. Single mothers. People who needed someone patient enough to walk them through every step and honest enough to tell them what could go wrong before it did.

Ten years and 200 transactions later, I still approach every client the same way. I will ask you questions before I give you answers, because knowing where you are starting from is the only way to give you advice that actually fits your situation. I will tell you what to expect and what might get complicated. I will answer when you call. And when things get hard, I will do everything in my power to bring the deal to closing.

About 60 percent of the people I work with are past clients or people they sent my way. That number is the one I am most proud of, because it tells me the experience was worth repeating.
