If you are curious about the market, working through a decision, or just want an honest read on where things stand right now, that is a conversation worth having. You do not need a timeline to reach out.
Yes, and I will mean it. My job is not to push transactions. It is to help you make the right decision for your situation. If the numbers do not work, if the timing is off, or if there is a smarter path than buying or selling right now, I will tell you that directly. That is what I would want from someone advising me.
